What does a month inside Her Next Flex™ look like?
Other months, the women in the room will shape the conversation themselves.
Some months, I’ll bring in a guest.
Each month, we’ll meet for a live virtual gathering. You’ll meet women outside your usual circle, hear different perspectives, and have space to talk about what’s actually on your mind.
Between gatherings, you'll have a place to keep connecting, share resources, and get to know the women you've met. Each month, you'll have a one-on-one conversation with a member you've been paired with. I'll also be paying attention to the connections that make sense and introducing you when I see one.

Hi, I'm Jodie.
For more than a decade, I've worked closely with women founders as a strategist, photographer, host, and connector, with a front-row seat to what they're building and what they're carrying.
In 2021, I joined a women's entrepreneur membership full of high-achieving women making moves I didn't even know to make yet. Being around them is how I learned that buying back my time would grow my revenue, so I hired a house manager. My thinking and my business haven't been the same since.
